Lee runs the Futsal Development Centre having started the club back in 2016.
"I played Football at a local level from a young age and started coaching Football in 2009 at Farnborough FC and Rushmoor Community FC. I have worked with players of all ages and got into Futsal in 2014 through a local tournament.
Since then Futsal has developed into a passion of mine and I've managed to obtain qualifications including an FA Level 2 in Football and Futsal. Having assisted Stuart in the early days of the Men's team my coaching is now aimed at the younger age groups which I really enjoy and when I get the chance to assist with the Men's and Women's adult teams I grab the chance.
Despite my age and creaking bones I was lucky enough to represent the Men's team in the national leagues alongside developing the youth age groups to the point of having multiple teams across all age groups. My future lies in developing the club and getting as many people as possible playing this fantastic sport"
Lee has all the appropriate Safeguarding, First-aid and DBS certificates. He is a Father of two who also enjoys Triathlon when he gets away from the Futsal court.
Ben works with the Friday night age groups from U7-U12 and also assists in the female futsal sessions.
"Although relatively new to coaching, having start in 18/19 season, I trained as a PE teacher and have been teaching for the past 23 years locally. I became part of Rushmoor as my own children took to the game themselves. I have coached the U7-U9 boys, as well as the U11-U13 girls for Rushmoor Community FC. I am currently the lead coach for U9 boys and U12 girls.
I have always had a passion for football, playing for local clubs Camberley, Farnborough, and Cove in my younger years. Coaching football is now a way I can stay in touch with the sport I love, even though the body is 5 yards behind!"

“I started playing football at the age of 4, at Farnborough FC before moving to Rushmoor Community where alongside grassroots football I played for Wycombe Wanderers, Arsenal and Reading throughout my youth years. The highlight for me was playing for the Arsenal academy, an amazing experience in which I developed my technial ability as well as learning many skills and tricks.
I began playing futsal in 2018 at 14 years old. I fell in love with it instantly, I enjoyed the skill and fast pace of the game. I began to assist Lee at matches and went on to get my qualification in Futsal refereeing as I wanted to get more involved with the game.
Recently I have been helping with coaching the younger age groups with Lee and Charlie which has been really rewarding and given me a new passion - I want to help them develop new skills and become the next Ronaldinho.”
Charlie coaches the youth section at all ages and is also involved in the men's team. Charlie has also done some great work during the Covid lockdown with some Zoom sessions concentrating on skills and ballwork.
"My love for futsal started not long after my coaching journey which started for me at 16. I started playing futsal with my local grass roots side in youth tournaments. At 18 I then started playing in the Surrey county futsal league and also played in the FA Futsal Cup qualifying rounds.
My real involvement in futsal started when I went to university to study BA (Hons) sport coaching and Development where I played for 3 seasons in the Bucs leagues, coaching and managing the team for the last two years of my degree.
After university I have been lucky enough to carry on coaching at Bucs level with the University of Portsmouth, where I coach the men's first and second teams. we managed to win both teams respective leagues and also won the league cup.
